Carrier prospective for Women in Biotechnological Healthcare System

Abstract


In entire world including India, the population of women is nearly equal to male, but in India traditionally women have to carry out well define household work only, but with globalization and government initiative women participation in education has been increased. Now educated women want to compete with men in all fields including various different types of carrier. With time, women participation in the field of genetic engineering and biotechnological research related to healthcare has also been increased. But women will not able to continue her carrier due to prolonged discontinuities from her work for several responsibilities. During a study conducted by the National Sample Survey Organization in alliance with the World Bank, it has been reported that about 20 million Indian women left jobs in the last decay. So, to extend the participation of the women in this field there is an urgent need for government initiative as well as employers support.
