Vaccination—A Novel Agent Against Bacterial Drug Resistance
Abstract
Increase in the mortality and morbidity due to infection has been on rise due to the presence of multidrug resistant organisms. Several mechanisms have been evolved to overcome the effect of multidrug resistance of bacteria including antibacterial stewardship programs. Recently the application of vaccination has been seen as a tool against bacterial drug resistance.
