E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus putridus, Staphylococcus and Klebsiella are commonly involved. Symptomatically presented as sudden pain in the scrotum, fever, severe toxicity, very fast spreading cellulitis of scrotal skin, extending to the groin and often to anterior abdominal wall. The aim of this case study is to acknowledge the effectiveness of Unani formulations in treating the patient of Fournier’s gangrene with septicemia and hepatomegaly.
