Spider Poison: A Review

Abstract


Poisoning is a serious concern of mankind from time immemorial. This is because the management of poisoning cases needs immediate and expert attention to save life. The principle reason for the selection of spider as the topic for this work is that spider poisoning is very common in the clinical practice. According to general statistical information at outpatient level on various types of visha, nearly 30% - diagnosed cases of spider poisoning are treated every month.
