Therapeutic Importance of Pesin for Psoriasis
Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease. Keratinocyte hyperproliferation and immune modulations are the key elements of the disease manifestation. In the current study, the efficacy of Pesin in decreasing the hyperproliferation was studied by cell culture assay. Results are discussed in the present paper.
