Assessment of Students’ Attitude, Satisfaction and Perception towards E-learning during COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract


Background: Corona virus disease (COVID-19) has been affecting millions of people and is life
threatening all over the world. The aim of this study is to analyse the significance role of e-learning in
COVID-19 crisis among undergraduate nursing students. E-learning offers many opportunities and
benefits for career enrichment and advancement. If you believe it is the right learning environment for
you and you can commit the time and resources needed, e-learning can offer you a rich world of
educational opportunities beyond the traditional classroom. Aims and Objectives: The aim of the study
was to assess the attitude, level of satisfaction and perception of E-learning among nursing students.
Materials and Methods: After the Institutional Ethical Clearance, this online cross-sectional survey
study was conducted among undergraduate nursing students. Sample size was 200 nursing students
who participated in this study. Online survey was conducted after completion of 2 weeks of online
classes. Results: The study result shows that students were agreed and strongly agreed with all the
parameters of effectiveness and perception and satisfied and very satisfied with all five parameters
regarding E-learning.
