They can help organizations to identify areas where improvements can be made, and to monitor the effectiveness of their quality management system. Organizations may enhance customer happiness, lower costs, and process efficiency by utilizing high-quality tools. There are seven quality tools that are frequently utilized in the healthcare sector.
