A Study on Quality Tools

Abstract


Quality tools are the instruments used to plan and analyze the data. It facilitates finding the source of the issue and enables the delivery of high-quality care. There are seven quality tools that are frequently utilized in the healthcare sector. Quality tools can be used in various stages of the quality management process, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. They can help organizations to identify areas where improvements can be made, and to monitor the effectiveness of their quality management system. Organizations may enhance customer happiness, lower costs, and process efficiency by utilizing high-quality tools. There are seven quality tools that are frequently utilized in the healthcare sector. The effective utilization of quality tools helps to provide quality patient care.
