Dauhruda—Two Hearts in One Body

Abstract


Modern era is so much mechanistic that the human being is not aware of his own existence, so what about the existence of second life growing inside the womb of a Garbhini (pregnant lady). In Ayurveda pregnant condition of woman is considered to be very crucial as it is the period of creation of Supraja (multispecialty intelligent progeny). Future of India is procreating inside the uterus of mothers so it is huge responsibility of the parents to grow a balanced baby in all aspects to face her life challenges well. If special care is taken by family members to complete the desires of fetus (Dauhruda), the possibility of satisfied and well-balanced personality will be developed by birth will be increased. It has been considered as a special situation in respect of drugs used and daily regimen one should follow in this situation. The present article is an attempt to make the people aware about the desires of fetus which are indirectly expressed through mother, ways to fulfill those desires intelligently, do’s and don’ts, effect of non-fulfilling those cravings and how to cope up with impossible desires. At the end of this article one will be able to know the importance of Dauhruda and results of compliance will be beneficial for mother and child well-being both.
