A Review on Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles Based on Photocatalytic Activity
Abstract
The Zinc Oxide (ZnO) is a photocatalyst which is available for photoreaction system by using the metal oxide (MO) degradation present ultraviolet irradiation at high temperature. The removal rate of metal oxide (MO) was observed in zinc oxide has been reached up to 99.73, 99.29 and 99.70%. The composite ratio was increased from 2:1 to 4:1 after 30 minutes and continuously this ratio was also increased up to 5:1. Hence removal rate was decreased. Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles are used in various applications and in various products. These are catalysts, solar cells, sensors, coating, pigments, optics, textiles, cosmetics, Nano screens and in electronic materials. In this paper, also shows the various zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructures which are growned when using a technique of solid vapor phase. This article reviews the zinc oxide (ZnO) based on photocatalytic activity.
