Successful Treatment of Severe Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer with Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi Flavonoides

We report a case of 52-year-old woman with severe recurrent aphthous ulcer, successfully treated by Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi flavonoides (SBFs). SBFs triturate was administered orally to the patient thrice daily for 13 consecutive days. After administration of this medicine, aphthous ulcers haven’t recurred for 3 years and 1 months by now.
