Abstract
Nurses are the heart of the health care delivery system, now and in future the profession is of great importance to politicians, policy makers, the general public and the nursing profession. However, this needed profession is never given its due that is its right. The Government/Union Government and State Governments should stress the value building and supporting of nursing work force, quality care and patient outcomes.
