Keywords:
Health, longevity, natural defence, immunity, ageing, antioxidant.Abstract
Health and longevity are a serious concern for human beings. During literature review it is observed that from ancient to present modern time day to day new research findings are coming related to the healthy longevity. Further many informations are available regarding the relations between nutrition, infections, exercise, pathogens, antioxidant and stresses with the health and longevity. No doubt these informations and research findings improve the health and also increases longevity. But in some cases some questions are arises on that no clear informations are available for example in hospital in the ICU for the same disease there is same line of treatments but some time results are not same why?. The present paper concerns with such problem. In preliminary investigation it is observed that the natural defence system of body playing direct and key role in healthy longevity.
