Abstract

We have studied for isolating neural stem cells from brain tissue of neonatal crossbred white rat, culturing and transplanting into local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model rat. We performed digestion of brain tissue, primary culture and subculture of segregated cells, measured number of neurosphere and growth index and ratio of cell survival, and identified expression of nestine from cultured cells, investigated engraftment of NSCs into ill brain tissue after transplantation of NSCs through caudal vein of local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model rat. We have found the optimal condition for isolation, culture and differentiation of neural stem cell, neonatal rat,s brain-derived neural stem cells were transplanted into the cerebral tissue of model animal.
