Unruptured Mirror Aneurysm of the Carotid Artery Revealed by Temporal Lobe Epilepsy: Case Report

Abstract


Unruptured intracranial aneurysms are mostly small and located in the anterior circulation. Bilateral intracavernous carotid artery aneurysms (ICCAAn) are rare. Seizures are the first presenting feature of unruptured intracranial aneurysms. Herein, we report a case of unruptured mirror aneurysm of the carotid artery who presented with seizures.
