Neurobehavioral Disorders: Mapping Biomarkers for Preclusion

Neelam Balekar

Abstract

Neurobehavioral disorders include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)and Intellectual Disability (ID) as present serious problems for individuals as well as the community. These illnesses are characterized by a wide range of complex symptoms, which makes early assessment, diagnosis, and treatment challenging. However, recent developments in technology and neuroscience have given rise to fresh understandings of the fundamental processes and potential biomarkers connected to these diseases. Recently, novel approaches and protocols have been introduced for the assessment and management of neurobehavioral disorders. Additionally, Prevention strategies that attempt to lower the incidence and degree of severity of neurobehavioral disorders are receiving more and more attention. This review article's objective is to examine the state of our comprehension of biomarkers for neurobehavioral disorders, as well as their implications for treatment and prevention strategies.
