Granulosa cell tumor (GCTs) are a rare group of tumors constituting less than 5% of all ovarian tumors and account for more than 70% of the sex cord-stromal tumors. They present with features of hypere-strogenism and are characterized by a good response to surgery but are notorious for late recurrences. Lifelong surveillance with serial clinical examination and tumor markers is advised. Adjuvant therapy, usually with BEP, is offered in high-risk cases, while targeted therapy is tried in resistant cases of GCT.
