An Investigation of Paget Disease for Finding Epithelium in the Cell Tissue for Breast and Nipple Eczema

Nalli Vinaya Kumari, G S Pradeep Ghantasala

Abstract

Breast disease is a type of cancer that can manifest externally as eczema with changes in the skin surrounding breast nipple. Sir James Paget identified this disease for the first time in 1874 as a rare condition responsible for 1–4.3% of all breast cancers. The disease also seems benign in it, confined to the skin and is sometimes ignored even if it indicates a symptom of latent breast cancer. Paget's breast cancer appears to present the surgeon with both a diagnosis and a medical problem. When preparing the surgical option for a lesion, recognizing the anatomy of the lesion is important.
