Diabetic Retinopathy: A Review
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus in recent times has gained importance as one of the most common non communicable disease, which contributes to death and disability worldwide. Among all other complications Diabetic Retinopathy is one of the most common microvascular complication which remains as a major cause of preventable blindness among adults at working age. Recently the prevalence of Diabetic Retinopathy is raising among the diabetic population. Hence, this article is to explain the detailed conceptual study of Diabetic Retinopathy.
