Abstract

Arnold Chiari malformation is neurological disorder in which there is down ward displacement of cerebellar tonsil through the foramen magnum. We are reporting a case of a 35-year-old woman with Arnold Chiari malformation Type - 1. Our patient presented with the history of headache for 1 month, pain right upper limb for 15 days. Pre-operative MRI was done to confirm the diagnosis. Patient was operated & discharged in 8 days.
