Abstract

Cystic neoplasms of pancreas are rare condition. Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm commonly affects young females. It is a rare tumor presenting as abdominal mass. Here, we report a patient who was evaluated and successfully surgically managed for solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas.
