Abstract

A 14-year-old girl presented with a painless, mobile, and firm swelling in the left parotid gland in infra-auricular region. The fine needle aspiration revealed a mucoepidermoid tumour. Histopathological report suggestive of a mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The presence of a parotid mass with progressive growth in a child could correspond to a mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
