Abstract

Mycotic aneurysms are a rare occurrence secondary to bacterima which accounts for 0.7 to 5.4% of all cerebral aneurysms. We present a case of ruptured posterior cerebral artery mycotic aneurysm, presented as intra cerebral hematoma in a 37 year old patient. Mycotic aneurysm was embolised using glue (NBCA).
