In these few decades, what is commonly known as alternative medicine/therapies has become increasingly popular. Simply put, it is any form of healing; method or medicine, that is generally not acknowledged by health authorities. Alternative therapies mostly work on the principle of treating the whole body of the patient as well as the mind. This type of approach in alternative therapy seems to be one of the main factors for its popularity in recent years. “Immunity boosting is a trending topic during the COVID-19 pandemic”. We sought to describe that how alternative medicine/therapies are helping people nowadays. This paper presents an analysis of how different types of alternative therapies work on boosting the immune system.
