In the early 1900s, Henrik Sjögren and Henri Gougerot were the first to discovery the Sjögren’s syndrome. It is a chronic autoimmune disease affecting lacrimal and salivary glands primarily along with other systemic involvements in variability. However, most reports lacked the report of children. This is ordinary, as the disease is common in women of the 4th–5th decade. The manifestation of the disease may differ in children than in adults. We present a case of a 10-year-old boy with typical presentation of the syndrome.
