Abstract

NiKu was studied for its activity on alpha amylase and alpha glycosidase enzymes. The activity of both these enzymes got hindered by NIKU++. Then the NIKU was evaluated in human volunteers to understand its effect on blood glucose and the feeling of hunger. The study has clearly shown that NIKU is very effective in controlling the blood glucose for which the findings are presented in this paper.
