Abstract
2019 novel coronavirus in Wuhan, Hubei, surfaced end of December 2019, when a number pneumonia cases of unknown origin presenting with clinical features close to that of viral pneumonia associated with the Hunan seafood market in Wuhan, Hubei province. The CDC - China collected various specimens for investigational purposes including respiratory, blood, faeces, and identification of the causative organism was established using lower respiratory tract samples by real-time reverse-transcriptase-polymerase-chain-reaction testing the new implicating organism was named as 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-ncov) as of January 7, 2020. This review highlights the incubation, progressive clinical features, management and prognosis of the 2019 novel coronavirus
