Herbal Immunity Boosters and Dietary Therapies in Covid-19 Prevention

The pandemic of Coronavirus, also known as Covid-19 pandemic, is an ongoing global pandemic, caused by extreme coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). To avoid infection and toughen immunity, foods and herbs may be utilized as nutritional or on the other hand integral treatment to forestall contamination and toughen immunity, as antiviral agents for masks, as disinfectants to control airborne transmission, or as sanitizing agents to clean surfaces. Immunity is the big term right now and there are no shortcuts for building that. But the herbal plants, nutritious foods can act as natural immune boosters against the infectious disease Covid-19. An important effect of malnutrition on health outcomes has been indicated by medical diet therapy (for Covid-19). We have discussed the allopathic treatment for Covid-19 and further have explained the benefits of the natural herbs as immune boosters. The preclusion and supervision are very critical concerns to have power over COVID-19. As a result, there is a huge call for the joint efforts of the civic and the government.
