Abstract

Low back pain affects approximately 60–85% of adults during some point in their lives and Lumbar Spondylosis is responsible for about 10% of these. Lumbar Spondylosis is a degenerative condition affecting the discs, vertebral bodies, and/or associated joints of the lumbar spine. Lumbar Spondylosis negatively affects the productivity of the individual himself as well as that of society and the country. So in this article ,A conceptual study of Lumbar Spondylosis is explained in detail to understand its basics.
