The Alzheimer is a disease; it bases a steady damage of recollection, thinks and prepares your everyday actions. The causes of Alzheimer is genetics, plaques are originated between the fading cells in the mind etc. The symptom of Alzheimer is depended on the change of mood, personality and time. The precaution of around epidemiological suggestion to recommend that important a healthy routine can decrease the danger of Alzheimer's syndrome. Systematic physical action and workout may have an overall protective effect on intelligence health and may deliberate progression of Alzheimer's disease.
