Abstract

The Current modern world simplified the physical activities of the human population due to this maximum number of peoples suffering from many diseases so the prevention and curative processes are much important. Within this broad classification multiple Natural based medicines are available in the world like Naturopathy /Natural Medicine, Siddha, Ayurvedha, Unani, Electropathy and Homeopathy etc. Although nowadays its ideology and healing methods are quite heterogeneous and have spread too many parts of the world, all practitioners and activists identifying with Naturopathy share common ideological elements it includes nutritional medicine, hydrotherapy, fasting, yoga, behavioral therapy, acupuncture and health promotion/ lifestyle modification. It integrates the physical, mental, moral and spiritual aspects of the human being and has the wide capacity to both preventive and curative. The system needs to promote its benefits to the public to attract them towards it. In the prevailing situation efforts are being made by multiple stakeholders like the government, private as well as nonprofit organizations. The paper narrates the basic of Natural Medicine to understand the common public in simplified way.
